Psychiatric care for California’s teenage girls and young adult women.

We provide virtual and in-person management for ADHD, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and binge eating tendencies.

Do you regularly ask yourself any of following?

Why do I feel so overwhelmed by things that seem to be easy for everyone else?

Why do I feel like a completely different person for two weeks every month?

Why do I want to quit my job and feel so out of it every time I’m about to start my cycle?

Why am I so sensitive to everything?

Why does it feel like I’m too much?

These are some commonly asked questions by people with ADHD, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and binge eating tendencies.

If you are caught in a cycle of relentless overthinking, feel a wave of guilt the moment you try to sit down and relax, are so frustrated with your own emotions, or feel like food controls your every thought —you are not alone.

Challenges We Tackle Together

  • Academic & Career Burnout: Managing the "paralysis" and exhaustion that come with high-pressure environments.

  • Executive Dysfunction: Helping you move past the "doom scrolling" and procrastination cycle associated with ADHD.

  • The Emotional Weight: Providing clinical support for anxiety and mood-related disorders that make finding balance feel impossible.

  • Cultural Identity: Navigating the friction between family expectations, cultural roots, and your own path.

Our Approach: Clinical Expertise Meets Cultural Roots

We believe that effective mental health care must be as modern and flexible as the people it serves.

  • Psychiatric Medication Management: We offer evidence-based, targeted medication management to quiet the "mental noise" and provide the stability you need to move forward.

  • Bilingual Care (English & Español): Your story shouldn't be lost in translation. We provide a space where you can express yourself fully and authentically.

  • Virtual & In-Person Flexibility: Whether you’re at home or on campus, we offer convenient care across California that fits your lifestyle.

My certification as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (Evergreen Certifications) ensures that our work together is informed by advanced training in:

  • Executive Functioning: Developing systems for time management, organization, and task initiation.

  • Emotional Regulation: Managing the 'ADHD meltdown' or rejection sensitivity.

  • Comorbidities: Understanding how ADHD interacts with anxiety, depression, or eating disorders.

  • Life Transitions: Tailoring strategies for school, career, or relationship changes.

To ensure you find the right level of care, we want to be transparent about the structure of our practice. We focus on providing dedicated, personalized sessions, but we have specific limitations regarding the type of support we can offer.

Please review these guidelines to see if this practice is the right fit for your needs:

  • Care Coordination: We are not equipped for crisis management or after-hours coverage. If you require 24/7 support or frequent care between sessions, a larger practice or an integrated medical-psychiatric team would be much better suited to support you.

  • Specialized Services: We do not provide detox or Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), as these require a clinical setting with higher levels of monitoring than a solo practice can provide.

  • Medication Management: We take a conservative, evidence-based approach to controlled substances (such as stimulants or benzodiazepines). If you are currently taking these medications, we will review your clinical history together to determine a safe and appropriate treatment plan. Please note that we are unable to maintain high-dose benzodiazepine regimens, as these often require specialized medical oversight. You will also be asked to sign a formal policy agreement if stimulants and benzodiazepines are prescribed, so that treatment goals remain aligned.
